Hi, I’m Naphtali

I specialize in Brainspotting therapy and other mindfulness based approaches because I believe you don’t have to stay stuck in your anxiety or trauma.

.As a licensed marriage and family therapist my goal is to guide individuals and families through the challenges of trauma and life long anxiety. My approach is rooted in creating a warm and inviting space for exploration and healing. I believe in the power of compassion and connection, often using humor to lighten the journey. Together, we’ll navigate through the heavier moments, discovering laughter and hope along the way. My aim for our first session is for you to feel understood and leave with renewed optimism about your path forward.
